Consultation.
Each project begins with an in person, on site consultation. Whether you're considering a space revamp, turnkey installation or full renovation, it all starts here. During this appointment we will walk through the design process + your vision and create your timeline + budget. You'll leave feeling confident in the direction your project is heading and excited for the outcome.
Design.
- Schematic design including presentation of mood boards + space planning
- Gathering of vendor quotes to prepare estimates
- Specification schedule of finishes, furnishings, light fixtures, hardware, and appliances
- Ordering of samples
- Final design presentation for client sign off
Project Management.
- Ordering all items and managing deliverable tracker spreadsheet
- Coordinating with project team including vendors, contractor and installers
Installation.
- Ensuring install goes without a hitch while overseeing all delivery items
- Managing project team while being on site to be a team player and answer any questions
- A punch list will be provided ensuring the project has been completed to the client's satisfaction
